After you file
Not sure what you did when you filed or what income information you used (pay stubs?) but going forward----never use pay stubs to prepare a tax return. They will not match the W-2's that you get from the employers. Employers have until January 31 to issue W-2's and you need to wait for all of them. Every W-2 for a specific tax year has to go on the same tax return.
And...you have two states involved. You lived and worked in Maryland for some part of 2024 so you probably need to file a part-year MD return. Texas has no state income tax, so there is nothing for you to prepare for that state.
When the IRS finishes processing the return you filed, post back here for further help if you need it in order to amend the return and enter your W-2's correctly. The form you need to amend will not be available until the middle of February.
