And...if you ARE in the correct "Online" account and used "Online" software (NOT Desktop) in prior years?
DO NOT click on the "Documents" selection showing in the left-side panel.
You click on "Tax Home" then you scroll to the bottom of the main screen and open the prior years in the section labellled "Your tax returns & documents".
