Sorry…TurboTax does not have any refund advance loans at this time. For the past several tax seasons, there have been refund advance loans during January and February. The refund advance loans are not issued until the IRS accepts your e-file. The IRS will not be accepting e-files until sometime late in January.

And....if you are getting additional child tax credit or earned income credit, you will not get your refund until late February, per the PATH act.
