What tax year are you trying to complete and file?
A 2023 tax return can only be printed and mailed it cannot be e-filed. If you are requesting direct deposit for a tax refund the bank routing number must be 9 digits and for a US bank located in the US.
A 2024 tax return cannot be filed until after January 1, 2025. So if you are referring to the 2024 return, the File section is not currently available.
