After you file

If the Form 1095-A and Form 8962 are completed correctly and the 8962 is not included with the e-filed return, then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance.

 

The other less favorable option would be to print and mail the tax return to include the Form 8962.  You can print the 8962 from Forms mode by clicking the Print button when the 8962 is displayed in Forms mode.
