The amended return you are filing with the IRS does not require you to include the Form 1040-NR. Only other forms and/or schedules which were changed. Not the original 1040-NR or the changed 1040-NR.

Assembling Your Return
Assemble any schedules and forms behind Form 1040-X in the order of the “Attachment Sequence No.” shown in the upper-right corner of the schedule or form. Don’t attach a copy of your original return, correspondence, or other items unless required to do so.
