2007? TurboTax and the IRS save returns for seven years. If you used online TT to prepare the return, it is gone. If you used the CD/download, you should have saved it as a pdf so that you could open it using Adobe Acrobat, etc. If you only have the tax file, but not a pdf, then you could try using tax printer.com.
