After you file

No one in this user forum has any connection to SBTPG bank.  We cannot find out anything about your refund.   If the third party bank sent the refund back to the IRS then all you can do is wait for the IRS to issue and mail you a check.  We cannot predict how long it will take the IRS to do that.  Only the IRS can tell you when they will mail your check.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

Sounds like a lot of confusing things happened.   If you entered banking information for a direct deposit that sent your refund to wrong or closed bank account, then that "wrong" bank send the refund back to the third party bank that handles refund processing.  That bank  (SBTPG)  would have either mailed a check to you OR they would send the refund back to the IRS, and the IRS would have to issue and mail a check.  Your problem was compounded by having an old or wrong address and then you had to change the address.   Did you change your address with the IRS by sending in a Form 8822 Change of Address to the IRS?
