I assume you mean "accepted" not approved. Turbo Tax only knows if the IRS or state Accepted your return for processing. Then the IRS or state approves it. They don't update Turbo Tax about your return.

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc. What does it say?
Then only the state can tell you when you will get your refund. After Turbo Tax transmits your return they are done with their part.
