On your 2021 return is anything on line 30? Turbo Tax would have automatically filled it in on line 30 if you qualified for it or for more. What do you need to amend to make you qualify for it? Like add a dependent?
Did you try to claim it on line 30 but the IRS took it off your return? The IRS might show they already sent it to you. You need to check your IRS account and see if they sent it to you. If they did you can request a trace for it.
