After you file

TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund for delinquent child support, back taxes owed , etc. and cannot find out about that for you.  The IRS does not provide any information to TurboTax after you file your tax return.   You must be aware of child support you owe, or if you owe back taxes--it is unlikely to  be a surprise to you that you owe such a debt.   Only the IRS can tell you if they have an offset order for your refund.
