Sounds like you and the rep were both confused. Not sure what automatic payment for May either one of you was talking about. There would have been no sort of automatic payment for your refund scheduled for May. That makes no sense. Did you owe tax due to the state?
As for your federal refund----again----your only source of information abut that is the IRS refund site. TurboTax gets no information from the IRS after you file your tax return. TT never knows if or when the IRS has issued your refund. You have to track it yourself on the IRS refund site.
