You say that you filed 2022 by mail but you do not mention how long ago you mailed in the return. When did you mail it? Did you use a mailing service with tracking--like certified mail--so you would know it was received by the IRS?
Does the IRS refund site show any information?
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
