If you were being claimed as a dependent on a 2020 and 2021 tax return you were not eligible for the Economic Impact Payments.
If you were not a dependent then you need to go to your tax account and see if the IRS sent those payments to you in 2020 and 2021 - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account
