Well----with no bank account and not wanting a paper check---that leaves you with a choice to open a Credit Karma account to receive your refund and put it on a CK card. Or.....get one of those "re-fillable" generic debit cards from a Walmart etc and use that---but better be mindful of the limits they allow.
