Do you mean the Turbo Tax fees? You can have the fees deducted from a federal refund if your refund is big enough. You can not have a state tax due paid from a federal refund or a federal tax due from a state refund.
There is an extra $40 Refund Processing service charge to have the fees deducted so try to pay with a credit card to avoid the extra charge.
