After you file

What does it say in your account for 2022?  Does it show that the return was accepted?   Or does it say something else---like "rejected," "printed," or "ready to mail?”

If it was not e-filed successfully, then you can print, sign and mail it now and you can still get your refund.

If it was e-filed and accepted, then what does it say on this IRS refund site?   You need you SSN, your filing status and the amount from line 35a of your Form 1040.
