Self-employment tax for Social Security and Medicare will be 15.3%. Beyond that, it is impossible to speculate on what your tax will be on your 1099 and W-2. There are too many variables. When you enter everything-- the 1099Misc and the new W-2 to your 1040X the calculations will be done. This is a lesson in not filing too soon when all of your documents have not arrived.
