After you file
That’s a great idea about us requesting our money back from TurboTax because this is just unacceptable. They should really have a moderator on here, answering our questions. We are all concerned as to why our taxes are in pending status, for no reason.
If TurboTax is aware of an issue on their end, they should make their customers aware so we’re not sitting here wasting our personal time calling and messaging boards in hopes of a status update.
I’m sure at this point, we all regret using TurboTax and wish we would’ve used another tax service but we’re stuck because we already filed our federal returns and It’s not like we can file again Without getting flagged by the IRS.
I’ve used TurboTax for the past nine years, but it sucks to say that this will most likely be the last time ever use their service. I wish TurboTax would take some accountability and help out their customers. Extremely disappointed.
