A return transcript shows most lines from the original tax return as it was processed. Changes made to the original return after it was processed are not reflected, including any amended returns filed later.
Once you confirm it was filed you can proceed to request a refund. Be sure to also check your bank for a direct deposit for last year.
If the IRS does not have your tax return you can mail it immediately.
