Each tax year is separate. Only 2022 income can be entered on a 2022 tax return; only 2023 income can be entered on a 2023 tax return. They cannot be combined in any way.
The current online program can only be used for a 2023 return---no other year. If you need to file a 2022 return you will have to use the CD/download software on a full PC or Mac.
