You already posted a similar question. There is no such thing as "file by email" so you are confused.
There are two ways to file
e-file -- "sign"electronically by entering your 2022 AGI, and click a big orange button that says "Transmit my returns now" to e-file it. When you e-file, you do not have to mail anything.
File by mail.----Print, sign and date the return in ink, put it in envelope and take it to a mailbox
