Since the state return shows as printed, it was not e-filed with the federal return. You can go back to the state return and make your corrections. After the federal return is accepted by the IRS, you will receive an email from TurboTax when the IRS accepts the federal return. Then you can now e-file the state return in the File section of the program.
As previously stated you can go back to the TurboTax online program and make your corrections on the state return.
To access your current year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2023 online tax return. When on the 2023 online tax return click on State on the left side of the online program screen. Then follow the state interview to make your changes.
