After you file
Health is in the program and where to go depends on what you need. If you received a form 1095-A from healthcare.gov, then it must be entered in the program. If you received a form 1095-B or C, it is not entered as the form is for information purposes rather than tax purposes currently.
If you are wanting to enter health expenses for itemizing, you would need to enter the deductions section of the program. If you will not be itemizing, you are not required to enter the information. If you are not sure, it is better to enter the information. The program will choose the best option for you based on your entries.
