@jadeorchid07 You do not access a prior year online tax return using the View Documents link.
As previously stated you need to start a 2023 online tax return and then click on the Tax Home link on the left side of the online program screen. When on the Tax Home web page scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
