Your post is confusing---provide some details. You mentioned needing to amend. What tax year do you need to amend? Amending is a special process you use if you have already filed a tax return and it had mistakes or missing information---so after the IRS processes your original return, you send in a special tax form called a 1040X to make corrections.
You were receiving a pension, and then workers compensation? Was tax withheld from the pension? You do not even enter workers compensation on a tax return since it is not taxable.
Please explain what income you received, when you received it, and what you are trying to amend.
