Suggest you sign off your TurboTax online account and then clear cache and cookies on your web browser.

Sign back onto your TurboTax account and see if the problem persists. If it does then try changing your web browser to one these you are not currently using (recommend Google Chrome) - Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge
