PLEASE, Every Year that you use anyone's software:
1) <Download a PDF copy of that year's tax filing forms within a week from the time you file them.
2) << Print out a filing copy and put it in a folder for that year in your tax files...with all your W-2 & other income forms.
3) <<<Back up that year's computer PDF files to a backup drive...cloud, or USB flash drive.
EVERY YEAR

That avoids issues like these where year-end shutdowns, or other issues, keep you from immediately accessing those files later...no matter which tax company you use..
