After you file
Your email address is not your TurboTax Online user ID. Your tax return is filed under your user ID, not your email address. You can have up to 5 TurboTax accounts with the same email address. It sounds like you might be signing in with a user ID that is not the same one you used to file your 2021 tax return. Many people have more than one TurboTax account without realizing it. Follow the instructions in the FAQ at the link below to get a list of all your accounts. Before you start this procedure, make sure you are signed out of all your accounts, including the one you are using here in the Community. You can access the FAQ without being signed in.
