After you file
We are having a hard time making sense of this. Your post says that your return was rejected, so we explained to you that a rejected return was not filed at all, and that you now need to file it by mail. Now you are saying that you sent in some documents separately from the tax return. According to what you told us.....your return was not filed. Did you actually file a Form 1040 by mail after the e-file had been rejected?
