@quirkwelldone That screenshot you posted looks like a failure in the programming for the TurboTax AI app that is being used. There is no way that the app you should know if your tax refund has been issued. It looks more like an assumption since the tax return was Accepted by the IRS.
I will be reporting this to the TurboTax Moderators.
When checking the status of your federal tax refund on the IRS website you Must enter exactly the Social Security number, the Filing Status and the whole dollar amount of the federal tax refund as shown on your Form 1040 Line 35a
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
