No one in the user forum can answer that. No one has access to user's accounts, so we cannot tell you if you used TurboTax or if you used some other software, or whether you even filed a tax return.
You can use the recovery tool to see if you used online TurboTax. If you used the CD/download then the tax files are on your own hard drive.
If you used some other tax software, then you will need to try to remember for yourself what you did. You can check to see if the IRS has a transcript of a tax return you filed, so that you can at least find out if you filed a return. The transcript will not indicate what software you used. Or you can pay the IRS for a copy of the return if you filed one.
