When the forms and schedules in your tax return are finalized, the option to pay the TurboTax account fees and the Refund Processing Service charge of $39.99 with your federal tax refund will be available.
Click on Review for the list of forms and schedules in your tax return that need to be finalized and the dates when they should be available.
