What did the IRS say? Did they get your tax return? Did they send the Refund? Were you having the fees deducted from your Refund? Then it goes to a 3rd party bank to take the fees out before they send it to you.
The date Turbo Tax gives you is just an estimated date for 21 days. Only the IRS can tell you when. Turbo Tax knows nothing about when you will get the refund. After they transmit your return they are done with their part.
