After you file your tax return, TurboTax gets no information whatsoever from the IRS, so no one at TT knows what is happening with your refund. Your "case number" may have had something else to do with your account, but TurboTax cannot help you with the IRS or speed up the processing of your refund. Use the information given to you in another reply that tells you how to track your refund on the IRS refund site. Only the IRS can tell you what is happening with your refund.
