Instead of posting to multiple threads, please keep your related questions in one of the threads you have already started and have received a reply to. It becomes very confusing and difficult for us to follow the multiple threads you keep starting and entering bits of sometimes contradictory information into.
If you will explain clearly and concisely in ONE of your threads -- we can be more helpful to you. Tell us when (or if) you and your spouse separated--or are you divorced or getting a divorce. Do you have children? Which parent do the children live with? Do you and your spouse still live together? If you do not live together, when did you stop living together?
