If the TurboTax online editions were used for the 2022 tax return, you would need the User ID and password to access the online account.
If the TurboTax desktop editions were used for the 2022 tax return, the copy of the tax return will be on the computer where the TurboTax software was installed. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
