After you file

If you had your ssn on both returns then the second one Efiled would have rejected.  So it sounds to me like you filed the first time under your ex husband's ssn and you were not listed at all?  Was that a Single or MFS return?  And if you only filed it with his ssn on it then his actual 2022 return would have rejected.  Can you ask him if he was able to Efile a return this year?   So maybe his return is the one that is messed up and needs fixing.  But by him.  You should talk to him about it.  

 

If your second return with you listed as primary and only your right name, ssn and info was accepted then you should be ok.
