TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee. To TurboTax Customer Service & Support Fine, That’s a fine slamming of the door in my face! I will never use turbo tax ever again. I have used turbo tax for over 20 years you have now lost a loyal customer, who helped grow your company as I always told everyone to use your service.
