@Honeyschild1930 Sorry. You cannot use TurboTax to prepare a 2016 return. The 2016 software is no longer available; even if you can find it on eBay etc. you will not be able to update it or get support for it. Any 2016 refund has been forfeited for several years now, but if you owe tax due, you still need to pay.
You can seek local paid tax help or use the paper forms available from the IRS to prepare by hand and mail in.
