What does it say on your receipt? Did you maybe buy the Desktop CD/Download version? If you bought the Desktop program did you get it installed and activated with the 16 digit License Code? It shows you are posting from the Online web version but if you used the Desktop program go up to FILE - NEW.
The Online version has the menu down the left side in a black/grey bar. The Desktop program has the tabs going across the top.
