Your question is unclear.   What are you trying to do?  If you have NOT e-filed or mailed your tax return yet then you can indicate in the FILE section how you want to receive your refund.   You will need to enter the routing number and account number of the account where you want your direct deposit sent.

 

If you have already filed your tax return, you cannot change how you want to receive your refund.   If the refund goes to a wrong or closed account, then it gets sent back to the IRS.   The IRS then mails a paper check to the address on your tax return.
