You should be able to start a new return within your TurboTax CD/Download by clicking on "File" at the top left of the program screen and then clicking on the "New Tax Return" option.
If you run into any issues doing this please follow the steps below:
- Close your TurboTax program completely
- Re-launch it
- Then on the main screen, proceed with the same steps above, click on "New Tax Return"
- Make sure you are not choosing "Open" tax return
