I took my paid amount due from using via turbo tax out of my refund. They gave me the exact amount due after their fee. NOThing about further fees was mentioned. You have stolen from me & messed my financial mess further than possible! I was relying on that full amount to pay past due bills! Your company took $171.00 out of a very small refund of $655.00. That is just terrible bad business. I will not be filing with your company ever again as well as other people. No mention of other fees for preparation or thru a 3rd party. Only a fee of $70.00. Thank you for causing my life more stress and complications than I could possibly imagine. Keeping business like this, without notification of such fees or thru a 3rd party will Definitely cause your company trouble in the long run.
