Here is the problem.
The email says rejected and directs me to open turbotax software and it will direct me to fix. Issue is not one place gives me option saying rejected in software. it just list it as pending and if I check status it states pending.
The email says I must open software and will be directed once open in software. but that is not happening. that is why I am confused. it will not direct me to fix.
I want to fix but it does not allow me to fix. just keeps telling me pending. How do I fix if it does not direct me?
