What do you mean by "3 tax returns?" When you use online TurboTax you get one return per fee. Each return you prepare needs its own account and user ID. If you use the same account and user ID for more than one, you lose the first one forever. How many returns did you prepare using the same account and user ID? Or did you forget how to access the correct accounts?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
