The Colorado Department of Revenue is delaying the accept of 2022 returns.
The Colorado Department of Revenue is currently not accepting Income Tax Returns on the Department’s free Revenue Online website for the 2022 Tax Year. Coloradans will be able to use Revenue Online to file their state income taxes no later than February 22, 2023. The delay is due in part to numerous pending changes brought on by a busy 2022 legislative session and required system maintenance.
The Department of Revenue’s ability to accept and queue 2022 individual income tax returns has been be delayed from the usual start date of January 1 to no later than February 10, 2023 for the majority of state income tax filers.
