You can remove the form.
Delete Form K-40PT, Property Tax Relief Claim for Low-Income Seniors if this does not apply to you.
- Click on Tax Tools in the left column
- Click on Tools
- Select Delete a Form in Tools
- Scroll down to Form K-40PT
- Click Continue With My Return in the lower right when you are finished
