After you file

You know ... I find it interesting that in each and every  test return I do that the question if I have an IP PIN to enter comes up each and every time  so those that do not see that question are just not paying attention.  AND if you know you need to enter it to efile successfully then you should make sure you enter it each and every year  ... so save the instructions in the other post for every tax year in the future so you know where to put it later in case you miss it in the interview stream.
