Nope, you have to wait. That's why we tell people not to file early before the IRS opens. You can't get it back to fix. Now you have to wait for the IRS to start taking returns (late January) and hope it rejects for something. If it is Accepted you have to wait for it to fully process and you get the first refund or pay the tax due. Then you can Amend it.
